MY STORY

It all started on the college football field in the US, where I played as a Defensive End and team captain. That's where I learned what discipline, systematic training, and mental toughness truly mean.

After my Bachelor's in English Literature from Whittier College, I moved to Denmark, where I immersed myself in health science. First a BSc in Nutrition and Health from Metropol, then an MSc in Global Health from the University of Copenhagen.

My academic background has given me a unique understanding of the body, nutrition, and health — an understanding most personal trainers simply don't have. I base everything on evidence, not trends.

Today I actively compete in classic powerlifting with a total over 800 kg and work as a personal trainer in Vesterbro, Copenhagen. I believe everyone deserves a healthy body and joy-filled life — and it's my job to help you get there.

ACTIVE POWERLIFTER

I compete in classic powerlifting under the Danish Powerlifting Federation (DSF) for the club Vesterbronx. Competing keeps me sharp and gives me firsthand experience with the training I program for my clients.

ON A PERSONAL NOTE

I moved from the US to Denmark because I fell in love with Copenhagen — the city, the culture, and the Nordic approach to health and balance. Today I live in Vesterbro.

When I'm not training clients or myself, I spend time with family, run in Fælledparken, or cook (preferably something that hits both macros and taste). I live what I teach — and I believe that's the only credible way to be a coach.
