But if you want a dedicated coach who knows you by name, designs your program from scratch, and holds you accountable — that's a different thing. I'm a personal trainer, active powerlifter, and educated in both nutrition and health science.

Copenhagen has one of Scandinavia's most active training scenes — but it can also be overwhelming. Which gym? What type of training? And how do you make it fit into a daily life of work, family, and everything else?
That's exactly what I help with. I'm based in Vesterbro but train clients across Copenhagen. Whether you live in Østerbro, Frederiksberg, or Nørrebro, we'll find a solution that works for you.
All training is 1-on-1. There's no group training, no app you get left with, and no junior trainer taking over. You get Donovan — every time.

ABOUT ME
I'm a personal trainer with a Master's in Global Health from the University of Copenhagen and a Bachelor's in Nutrition and Health from Metropol. I hold 7+ professional certifications, including NATO PT, Strength & Conditioning, and Nordic Nutrition.
I'm an active powerlifter and former college football player from the US. I combine academic knowledge with practical athletic experience — and have trained everyone from first-time gym-goers to experienced athletes.
Unlike the big chains where you become one of 150 clients, I'm a solo coach. That means I know your history, your limitations, and your goals — without you having to explain it all over again.
