HOW TO MEASURE CORRECTLY
WAIST
Measure at navel height. Stand relaxed, breathe out normally, and keep the tape measure level. Don't pull your stomach in.
NECK
Measure just below the Adam's apple (larynx). Keep the tape measure level and snug, but not tight.
HIP (WOMEN)
Measure at the widest point of the hips/buttocks. Stand with feet together and keep the tape measure level.
