Individual strength coaching in Copenhagen
When progress stalls, the answer is not automatically more sets or heavier weights. First, we look at what you are doing: exercise selection, technique, loading and how training fits into your week. That gives us a specific starting point for adjusting the plan.
I hold Eleiko Strength Coach Level 1 and Level 2 certifications and compete for Vesterbronx in the 120+ kg class under DSF/IPF. My official Danish Powerlifting Federation record includes an 802.5 kg total at the 2025 TSK Cup. I use my own lifting experience to make technical details practical for you, whatever your current level.
Technique you understand under load
We work on your setup, movement and control in the lifts that matter to your goals. Instruction starts with your body and your experience. You get specific points to practise, so a technical change can be tested and understood rather than becoming one more cue to remember.
The squat, bench press and deadlift can sit alongside supporting exercises. Your programme follows your goal. We adjust training load and build in progression so you know what the next step is and why it makes sense.
Connect each session to the wider plan
A good session needs to fit into a good training week. We discuss your overall workload, recovery and available time. The aim is a structure you can repeat and develop, including when your schedule changes.
Training takes place at Vesterbronx Gym in Vesterbro, in English or Danish. Get in touch and share your current level and the part of your strength training you want to develop. That gives us a specific starting point for discussing your programme.
